Do I need a ZipList plan too?
Yes. The Puck works together with a ZipList plan, which includes your own ZipList computer in the cloud. Plans start at $30 a month, priced by how many active listings you keep, with unlimited posting on every plan.
When does it ship?
Pre-orders ships within about 2 months. We'll email you when yours is on its way.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Until your Puck ships, you can cancel for a full refund of the $50. Email support@getziplist.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the Puck ships worldwide. Shipping is free in the US.
