What is the Puck?
A small device you plug into your home router. Your ZipList computer runs in the cloud, and the Puck routes its traffic through your home internet, so marketplaces see your own home connection instead of a data center.
Do I need a ZipList plan too?
Yes. The Puck works together with a ZipList plan, which includes your own ZipList computer in the cloud. Plans start at $30 a month, priced by how many active listings you keep, with unlimited posting on every plan.
When does it ship?
Pre-orders ships within about 2 months. We'll email you when yours is on its way.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Until your Puck ships, you can cancel for a full refund of the $50. Email support@getziplist.com.
Which marketplaces?
Depop, Grailed, Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted and eBay. eBay listings go through eBay's official API. Your ZipList computer handles the other five, through your home internet with the Puck.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the Puck ships worldwide. Shipping is free in the US.
